"MY FAVORITE TOOL FOR INNERSTANDING,
IS CREATIVITY AND WRITING."
At the heart of all my writing is a positive and empowering message designed to help uplift and spark a shift in our consciousness.

My personal and professional experience in the creative and healing arts, fused with my divine gifts, have amassed a wealth of wisdom, of which has always been a part of my calling to share and help others.
DEAR OSCAR
NARCISSIST IN MY
BUSINESS

Dear Oscar is a three part thought provoking insight, laced with a touch of humour, into the journey of how I hired, fired and overcame a narcissist in business.
The ten chapters depict scenarios of sabotage, covet manipulations and all the other tricks in the narcissists (aka Oscarpricks) handbook. It's like a practical guide on how to navigate the highs and lows of dealing with toxic people.
In a world full of mental health disorders, recognising the signs and red flags in the behaviour patterns of others disguised as love and laughter, are key to achieving, or maintaining, a balanced peace of mind from the Oscarprick attacks.
This book delves into my challenging personal experiences in a business relationship. It taught me, and awakened me in more ways than I'd bargained for. I'm grateful for the encounter. It allowed me to creatively alchemize a bad situation, to one of self-healing and a tool to help Transform, Inspire, Motivate, and Empower (T.I.M.E) the mindset of others.
The Regal acronym, and philosophy from learned life lesson... T.I.M.E.
MENTAL
HEALTH

Dis-ability is a written, audio and visual poetry project that shares a personal, deep and insightful look into the real life challenges faced daily by many around the world with physical imbalances. Disability doesn't discriminate, and neither do I, so choosing to incorporate sign language in this production felt like a natural and inclusive way to make my creative writing even more accessible to all.

The collection of poems in chapter one unwraps and delves into the social, emotional, and mental health impact our physical body can have on our ability to be all we can be. Life doesn't always seem fair, or give us what we may want, though it always gives us what we need if we're open enough to see the blessings and purpose while walking through our versions of fire.
Mental health can be mild to severe in its ability to affect how we perceive and treat ourselves, and the world at large.
That's why I say and teach that "the mindset always matters". Using writing and creative pursuits can be an invaluable self-help tool for personal, momentary and longterm transformation if you're willing to take the first step to managing our inner world.
What we choose to do with our time determines our growth, and outcome from the time spent. Learn from the past, plan for the future, but live in the now... That's T.I.M.E.
